Mentoring Program Design & Implementation

We design custom mentoring programs that span several months to a full year, aimed at providing a comprehensive and robust learning journey for participants. These programs emphasize self-discovery, growth, development, and connection through mentoring pairs, while both mentors and mentees learn and practice together to strengthen their capabilities for leading oneself and others. 

Our mentoring programs offer multiple learning events (combined, and mentor- and mentee-specific), along with the necessary program infrastructure (including matching, resources, and administration) to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all participants.

Judah consulted on a big project with me in our HR department that was quite extensive. He brought strategic thinking, passion, and innovative ways on how we could begin, create, and roll out this project. How long are typical Learning programs?

Program lengths vary based on the specific needs of your team or organization. Workshops range from 90 minutes to several days, depending on the topic and depth of content. Leadership mentoring programs typically last between several months to a full year to provide a robust learning journey and connection between mentoring pairs. We will work with you to determine the length and structure of your custom program.

In what formats do you deliver learning events?

Our learning events can be delivered in both virtual and in-person formats to accommodate different learning preferences and geographic locations. Asynchronous options can also be designed and developed for specific needs. We will work closely with you to make this an interactive and engaging experience regardless of the format.

How involved am I in the program design and delivery?

You can be involved in the program design and delivery as much or as little as you prefer. We partner with you to tailor our offerings to meet your unique needs and preferences, or develop custom programs based on topics relevant to your situation. We value open communication and collaboration to ensure the program aligns with your goals and expectations, and will meet for design reviews and feedback along the way.
