I am an adventurous and fun-loving spirit that sees beauty and value in life experience. I discover the most about myself and life when I bring conscious awareness and appreciation to every moment and become an active participant in the world. I have lived in Southern California, San Francisco, London, and Prague, and have called Chicago my home since 1997.
I am a violinist, amateur photographer, devotee of culture and the arts, and find immense pleasure and learning in my relationships with friends and family. I enjoy international travel, dining and cooking, health and fitness, and appreciate the aesthetics of architecture, fashion and interior design.
As a humanist and an eternal student, I am continually drawn to anything that deepens my experience as a human being on this planet. I enjoy exploring the humanities, art and music, the social sciences (especially psychology, sociology, and philosophy), spirituality, current events and politics, and believe a lot can be gained from simply observing and participating in my surroundings.
I have invested a great amount of time and energy into my own personal development through formal education, coaching, therapy, and training. I believe that it is important for each of us to take an active role in the growth and evolution of our minds, bodies and spirits.
