Education and Training

Part of my mission in life is to be continually learning and growing, both personally and professionally. As a result, I have been relentless in my pursuit of understanding and wisdom, creating strategically-selected opportunities for education and training.

As a Master’s of Science candidate in the Learning and Organizational Change program at Northwestern University, I have focused on gaining theoretical and applied knowledge and experience in the areas of learning and development, knowledge management, and strategic organizational change. Through various group projects, extended study at Kellogg School of Management, internship, practicum, and capstone thesis, I am gaining deeper insight and practical application of key concepts that support my drive to be an effective change agent for both individuals and organizations.

To gain facility with counseling and organizational psychology, I have extensive graduate-level training from Adler School of Professional Psychology. Further, I achieved a Bachelor’s of Science cum laude from Northwestern University in psychology and organization behavior, earning a certification in training and development. I have completed hundreds of hours of coaching training from The Coaches Training Institute and Dave Ellis Leadership Training, and have been involved in years of personal development, including a year-long Team Management and Leadership Program at Landmark Education.
